Seeing that "Wisdom is key to success", Ayanna continued her education through the Kaufman Foundation where she received her Entrepreneurial Certificate.This presented her with the opportunity to apprentice a student, allowing them to receive their CA license. Desiring more for herself, Ayanna decided to go back to school to receive her Instructors/Educators license. Ayanna became a licensed Instructor/Educator and has been teaching in the Cosmetology Industry for almost 10 yrs. Continuing on the path of success, Ayanna decided to go back to school to receive her Esthetics's License and her AOS Degree.
While in school, Ayanna was presented with the opportunity to open up a salon with a family member. This is how Unique Desigz came to fruition and was successfully launched and opened in September 2012. Unique Designz is a full service salon. We focus on all aspects of hair, skin and nails. Our target customers are of all ages and ethnicities. Our desire is that you receive services that leave you feeling beautiful, revitalized and rejuvenated. The Manager of Unique Desingz lives by these three motto's, "Only what you do for Christ will last", "The sky is the limit" and "Wisdom is the key to success". Ayanna Herron has proved this to be true by excelling and accomplishing much in this thriving cosmetology industry. Two weeks after graduating Ayanna began working in a salon. Although she has been licensed with a CA in cosmetology for 16 yrs, she has been working in this field for over 20 yrs. Continuing to thrive, Ayanna launched her licensed home-base salon, where she worked for 9yrs. The sky was definitely the limit because Ayanna grew her business to 40+ clients.
